Registration for Members Only - Terms and Conditions

Registration for HIF Members Services with the intention of accessing membership information is restricted under the Privacy Act 1988. Registration for access to HIF Member Services is consequently limited to the primary member on the policy and/or other parties who have been granted authority to act in relation to the policy by the primary member.

To register for HIF Member Services the primary member or authorised person must complete the HIF Member Services Registration located at hif.com.au. In completing the registration, a valid membership number, full name (including first and surname) and date of birth must be submitted. These detials must be validated against the current membership information retained on the HIF membership. If the information provided does not match the current HIF membership for the submitted membership number then the registratin will be declined and the member will be advised within 2 working days. A valid email address and password must also be submitted for the registration to be approved.

HIF has the right to decline any registeration at any time. Unless otherwise instructed, HIF has the right to record and use the submitted email address for HIF to transact business with the member.
