    We all know that Christmas is a great time of the year to enjoy the company of family and friends. Regrettably though, it's also a time of year that many of us begin to slack off and let all the hard work we've put into our health and fitness over the year become undone.     Do you go bananas for peanut butter? If so, this 'Banana and Peanut Butter Pudding' recipe will be right up your street! According to Scrummy Lane author Helen Schofield, "This pudding is a cross between super moist banana bread, a soft peanut butter cookie and a gooey pudding.” - sounds delicious to us!

    Taking Control of the Party Season

    Advent calendars at the ready, Australia – we’re officially in December! With the Christmas fast approaching, December gives way to festive celebrations, office parties and family functions galore – all of which are great fun (hooray!) but can also result in weeks of constant eating, drinking and general overindulgence (booo!). With this in mind we asked Susie for her advice on how to control our eating during the festive season and ensure weight gain is kept to a minimum.
