With thousands of nutritional and wellbeing articles available online, information overload can often set in and sourcing an answer to a simple question can become quite a headache! But guess what? Now it doesn’t have to, because HIF cordially invites you to join us for our very first LIVE Q&A session with Susie Burrell, our resident health and wellbeing expert.

That’s right, on Friday 9 February, Susie will take control of HIF’s TweetChat page for 30 minutes to answer any health or wellbeing questions you may have, right then and there.

We’re very excited about our inaugural Q&A session with Susie and encourage you, your family and friends to participate on the day.  Questions can be of a general nature or relate to something more specific such as clean eating, metabolism, or exercise.

Who is Susie Burrell?

Susie Burrell is the resident nutritionist on the Channel 7 top breakfast program Sunrise and also makes regular appearances on Today Tonight. With a love for writing, Susie, has also published two books, "Losing the last 5kg" and
"Lose Weight Fast" and has a third in production, "The Monday to Friday Diet". Her writing has also been seen in the Australian Women's Weekly, Women's Fitness, Woman's Day, That's Life, Men's Fitness, Bicycling Australia. Susie began publishing articles on our Healthy Advice Blog in January, all of which have received great feedback from members and non-members alike.
