Salmon Pasta


Need inspiration for a deliciously fresh, quick and easy to prepare evening meal? Why not try this scrumptious salmon pasta dish by HIF wellbeing expert Susie Burrell. This recipe serves four people and with a healthy calorie count of 400 per serve, it’s a dish you simply have to try.


Serves 4

  • 2 cups wholemeal pasta, uncooked
  • 180g tin red salmon
  • 100g natural yoghurt
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped


  1. Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling salted water until just tender. 
  2. Drain and return to the pan.
  3. Add the salmon, yoghurt and tomatoes and gently mix through. 
  4. Gently reheat until warmed through, for 3-5 minutes. Serve with a salad.
