Steak With Tomato and Chilli Salad


If you’re a lover of beef, then this week’s ‘Steak with Tomato and Chilli Salad’ recipe is the perfect option for you! Provided by Susie Burrell, this dish tastes delicious and serves two people, so why not give it a go? 


  • 2 x 200g rib-eye steaks
  • 50g baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tomato, halved, sliced
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • ½ fresh red chilli, finely chopped
  • Olive oil, to serve
  • Balsamic vinegar to serve


  1. Preheat a barbeque plate or char grill on high.  
  2. Spray steaks with oil, then cook for 3-4 minutes each side for medium until cooked to you liking.  
  3. Rest, covered, in a warm place for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine the spinach, tomato, feta and chilli.  
  5. Drizzle with a little olive oil and vinegar, then serve with steak.
