Light Spinach Dip


Need ideas for a healthy afternoon snack? Why not try this ‘light spinach dip’, provided by Susie Burrell. It’s the perfect option to accompany some crackers, nuts or some wholemeal bread. Enjoy!


  • 1 200g pack of frozen spinach
  • 500g plain greek yoghurt (Chobani)
  • 200g reduced fat feta
  • 2 tablespoons pesto


  • Blend spinach in food processor.
  • Add remaining ingredients and enjoy with vegetable sticks, crackers, nuts or wholemeal bread.
