Grilled Swordfish with Thai Dressing

  • 4 170g Swordfish steaks
  • 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chopped lemongrass
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cup chopped, fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoons grated, fresh ginger
  • Mixed salad for serving


  1. Combine all ingredients except swordfish into a screwed top jar and shake well.
  2. Grill fish until both sides cooked.
  3. Drizzle dressing over the fish.
  4. Serve with a large salad.
