To be eligible to receive the prize, the winner must be a paid up member (i.e. health insurance policy holder) of HIF at the time of the draw (premiums payable by direct debit).

The prize draw will take place at HIF's head office (Stirling Street, Perth, WA) on Tuesday 1 May 2012 and the winner will be advised shortly after.
