How to enter...

To be in the running, all you need to do is join HIF before 12:00 noon (WST) on 9 March 2012 and quote DAP2012 as the special offer code. That's it - simply choose the hospital and/or ancillary cover that suits your needs and budget and you're in the draw!

• The prize draw will take place at HIF's head office (Stirling Street, Perth, WA) on Friday 9 March 2012 and the winner will be advised shortly after
