An increase in screen time over the past few years has led to the loosely termed ‘COVID eyes syndrome’. Blurred vision, dry eyes, fatigue and myopia are all common in the world of WFH and Netflix binges. However, there are some expert tips to follow to reduce the impact our screens have on our eyes.
