If you are a doctor and are registered under Access Gap Cover Scheme, simply update your provider details with the Australian Health Service Alliance (AHSA). If you are not part of the AHSA, then use the Provider Update Form to update your contact and benefit payment details with HIF.
If you are not a doctor, HIF will receive updates from Medicare with updated addresses (if you are an allied health professional) or the Australian Regional Health Group if you’re registered as a Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine practitioner or Myotherapist. Any changes to bank account details please use the Provider Update Form and email to providerupdates@hif.com.au
