To determine your eligibility for a specific family care or wellbeing program, you can contact us on 1300 134 060 or complete a general enquiry form on our website. Alternatively, you can review the eligibility for each program on the dedicated program page.
If you’re eligible, taking part in a Health & Wellbeing Program is your choice. It won’t affect your premium or health insurance in any way.
There are no additional costs for eligible members participating in HIF family care and wellbeing programs.
