What are HIF's community health programs?

HIF’s community health programs give members access to health services and support delivered close to home, within their local community, rather than in a hospital setting. Each community health program connects eligible members with trusted service providers across urgent care, preventive health and family health. The goal is simple: help members stay well, manage a health concern early, and get the right support without added cost. Unlike a public community health service, these programs are a member benefit available to you as part of being with HIF, at no additional charge.
