Our Online Member Centre (OMC) allows you to easily update and manage your HIF membership online. The OMC enables you to:
Update your contact details
Have you moved house or changed your email address or phone number? Under the ‘My Profile’ tab on OMC, you’re able to update your:
- email address
- home address
- postal address
- contact number/s
If you’re moving interstate though, you’ll need to give us a quick call on 1300 13 40 60.
Manage your contact preferences
As Australia’s first certified Carbon Neutral health fund, we encourage you to choose email as your primary contact preference. To check or update your preferences, head to the ‘My Profile’ section of OMC and you’ll be able to opt-in to:
- Member and claims information
- Competitions and promotions
- Member surveys
This is a great way to keep up to date with all that’s happening at HIF and also gives you access to exclusive Member offers.
View your claims history
In the OMC it’s easy to keep track of the recent claims you’ve made. Your claims history shows the HIF benefit paid for treatments or services including any applicable item numbers. It’s important to note though that this doesn’t include the benefit paid by Medicare.
You can filter you claims history anywhere from 7 days to the last 6 months for each person on the policy.
Make a credit card payment
Want to make a one-off payment to your policy to make your membership financial or simply change your paid to date? It’s easy! Head to the ‘Payments’ tab to make a credit card payment.
Update your banking details
You can update your credit card and bank account details.
Download your tax statements
Tax Statements are now available for download through the ‘My Profile’ section of our OMC. Here you’ll also be able to see the past three financial years tax statements for each adult Member on the policy.
View your next payment date and amount
Unsure when your next membership payment is due or being debited from your account? Under the ‘Payments’ tab, you’re able to view when the next payment will either be deducted from your nominated account or when your next billing statement is due as well as the total amount.
Order a new membership card
Have you misplaced your membership card or do you simply need an updated card? You can order a new card under the ‘My Profile’ tab of OMC for either adult on the policy.
Not registered yet for OMC? Accessing the Online Member Centre is easy - simply complete your Member details and your registration will be instantly confirmed.
