At HIF, we want to make sure we have the best players on the team. It’s why we are sponsoring the Perth Wildcats for an 11th consecutive season, making ours the longest officially recognised partnership with the NBL team.

In Australian basketball and in WA, Perth Wildcats are synonymous with success with 10 NBL championships under their belt - more than any other team in the league.

HIF has been a proud sponsor of the team since 2013 and, as their Diamond Partner, our logo has prime position on the back of all player (and fan purchased) jerseys, which were unveiled on Wednesday.

HIF Chief Executive Officer Justin James said the organisation was proud to be a part of the Wildcats family, which boasts more than 10,000 members, regular game attendances of more than 13,000 people and a massive social media following.

“You only need to go to a Wildcats game or look on social media to know how well loved and supported they are. HIF is extremely proud to have been side-by-side with them along their NBL journey,” Mr James said.

Mr James joined #11 jersey holder and Wildcat guard Bryce Cotton on court this week to shoot a few hoops to mark the partnership milestone.

The Wildcats’ Head of Commercial, Sam Fotu, said the club’s long-standing partnership with HIF was centred around its shared focus on community, members and inclusion.

“Like the Wildcats, HIF is heavily invested in people and the importance of teamwork for team success which is why we enjoy a partnership that’s entering into its 11th season,” Mr Fotu said.

Perth Wildcats are synonymous with success with 10 NBL championships under their belt – more than any other team in the league.

They start their 2022/23 campaign in Perth on Sunday, 2 October against the Brisbane Bullets.
