HIF remains open for business during COVID-19 outbreak

COVID-19 Updates

HIF Australia

HIF understands that the issues surrounding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) are of great concern to all Australians right now. However, we are well prepared to deal with the implications of COVID-19.

Managing Director, Graeme Gibson, said today, “Members can rest assured that Member Services will continue during any disruption caused by the Coronavirus. HIF has a robust Business Continuity Plan including a Pandemic Plan that has been implemented and actions taken to ensure we continue all our operations during any disruption.

“Paying our Members' claims and responding to their enquiries remains our priority. We’re well equipped to handle these crucial functions through different working arrangements which, in addition to those already actioned, can be deployed at short notice (e.g. work from home). And Member data is absolutely secure in these arrangements."

If HIF Members have any concerns about this, please contact HIF.
