HIF is reaching out to support members in the Kimberley region of Western Australia impacted by the recent flooding.

In recognition of the devastating impact the flooding has had on the homes and livelihoods of people living in the region, HIF is offering members in the impacted areas the option of suspending their policy while providing access to Mental Health Navigator, an online support service.

A donation of $10k will also be made to the Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).

HIF CEO Justin James said flooding has had a huge impact on members across the country over the past 12 months and has now hit even closer to home.

“We have all been moved by scenes of flooding and devastation in the Kimberley,” Mr James said.

“We always put our members first and we want to ensure them we offer them every bit of support we can in circumstances like these.”

If you are a member who has been impacted by the flooding, call us on 1300 134 060 or email hello@hif.com.au
